Our Trainers:

Debbi Goode, MS, CPT

Debbi Goode has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness Management with a Minor in Nutrition and a Master’s Degree in Education. Debbi has worked in the fitness industry for almost fifteen years. She is a certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

After taking a few years off to be a mom, Debbi joined the Pro Fitness team three years ago. Debbi began teaching Kickboxing and has since taken over the position of Group Exercise Director. Debbi has been the driving force for the revamping and continued success of the program.

Debbi enjoys challenging her classes and personal training clients to work hard and reach their potential. She likes using a variety of equipment and exercises to break up routines and decrease boredom. Debbi encourages her clients to focus on “progression not perfection” when working toward their fitness goals and making healthy food choices.

Kendra Addington, CPT

Kendra Addington is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer under the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also certified with Heartsaver First Aid and CPR through the American Heart Association.

Kendra has eight years of training experience and has previously trained at Snap Fitness in Niceville, FL, Eglin Air Force Base Fitness Center, and World Gym in Orlando, FL.

Fitness, exercise and a healthy lifestyle have been a huge influence in Kendra’s life for over twenty years - she bought her first pair of weightlifting gloves at the age of 15! It is a dream-come-true for Kendra to have a career in the fitness industry. She finds it rewarding to help people become healthier, stronger, and more confident. Kendra’s motto is, “Fitness is a state of mind,” and she enjoys encouraging her clients to set their minds on improving their health.
