Adam & Sarah Redfield


Adam & Sarah Redfield are our Members of the Month for June 2009. When they first met they lived on a lifestyle full of fast food and no exercise. Adam comes from a family that has always been overweight. When Sarah was pregnant with their daughter (about 4 years ago) Adam decided “no more excuses” and wanted to be healthy for his family. He began watching the Biggest Loser for training tips and motivation. He started working out at home and eating cleaner. In just nine months Adam lost 100 pounds!! He is happy at his current weight and is continuing to maintain. About 2 years ago Sarah was invited to Pro Fitness by a co-worker. It took her about a month of working out to feel better about herself and become addicted to exercise. Sarah has been consistent ever since. She has maintained a 25 pound weight loss and would like to lose 10 more.
She is here almost every morning! Adam is very disaplined and works out at home during the week.
Sarah recently hit a plateau and asked a friend for some new ideas to a kickstart her workouts focusing on more strength training.
The Redfield’s have very different workout schedules but they continue to support and encourage one another. During the week Adam works out at home and Sarah is here in the morning. Usually on Saturdays you will see them in here together! Way to go guys!
