KidzFit: Get your kids excited about exercise with this dynamic training that will help improve their confidence and health. The purpose of this class is to engage kids in daily fitness activities and teach them the importance of being healthy (ages 4-12).
Core & More: Train your total body using calisthenics and various forms of resistance.
Kettlebell: Training Challenging workout that uses a kettlebell and momentum designed to improve strength, endurance, and power. Great total body and core workout.
Morning Madness: Get results quick in this fast pace 30 minutes circuit workout: Lower Body on Monday and Upper Body on Wednesday.
